Most people would think a soulmate is your life partner.
Well they maybe, but they may not.

Who says a soulmate has to be a lover?
Yes if we split soulmate into the two words it consists of, soul and mate, we see mate as in a lover, but what if we see mate as in a friend?

A friend can be your soulmate. A brother, a sister, a parent could be it.
I think a soulmate is person we search for. Whether it be consciously, or subconciously. Then they show up at the most unexpected time. Usually when life is at it's lowest.

That person may take a while for you to know them; but when you do get to know them, they are your life. You think abut them night and day. You want to know how they're doing. You become, in a way, psychically connected with them.

I believe I've found my soulmate.
My dear, darling best friend. We haven't known each other long, but I feel like I've know her my whole life.

I believe that you'll know when you've found them.
And I hope you do.
Because my soulmate makes me happy in words I can't describe!
And everyone should feel that!
