“city's original bathing beach”
Howarth served as the city's original bathing beach. The three-tiered, 28-acre park provides spectacular views, trails, tennis courts, the Lewis and Clark Native Garden, an off-leash dog area and safe access to a saltwater beach.
Reviews
Howarth Park is a small park that overlooks the sound and you can see the Port of Everett. It is a great place to watch the sunset hit the mountains.
