VIEL MEHR ALS NUR DRUCK MUCH MORE THAN JUST PRINTED For Motiv in RESOPAL, you prepare and submit your visual design as a high-resolution file, and we will print it on special paper using light and heat resistant ink. This special paper is pressed together with several layers of resin-impregnated paper. The final top layer protects the surface – and can itself be printed on, allowing spectacular design effects.
Bei Motiv in RESOPAL liefern Sie Ihr Motiv in hoher Auflösung, und wir drucken es mit licht- und hitzebeständigen Tinten auf Spezialpapier. Dieses wird mit mehreren Schichten Trägerpapier und Harz verpresst und mit einer Overlay-Schicht geschützt. Die oberste Deckschicht dient als Schutz – und ist selbst bedruckbar. Das erlaubt besonders interessante Design-Effekte. Auch ein abriebfester Speziell entwickelte Intarsientechniken erlauben die fugenlose Kombination von mehreren Elementen auf einer Platte.

Motiv in RESOPAL gibt es in zahlreichen Ausführungen: HPL in normaler und schwer entflammbarer Qualität, als RESOPAL Verbundelement auf verschiedenen Trägerwerkstoffen, als Fassadentafel für den Außenbereich (Motiv in RESOPLAN) und als RESOPAL SpaStyling Board für Nassbereiche.
Motiv in RESOPAL comes in several variants: as HPL in normal and fire-retardant qualities, as RESOPAL bonded boards on various substrate materials, as facade panels for exterior applications (Motiv in RESOPLAN), and as RESOPAL SpaStyling boards for designing spa and wellness areas.

EIN MOTIV ÜBER MEHRERE PLATTEN (FRESKO) ONE VISUAL ACROSS SEVERAL PANELS (FRESCO) Mit Motiv in RESOPAL lassen sich auch große Motive über mehrere Platten optimal umsetzen. Dabei wird das Bildmotiv dann auf mehrere Platten verteilt.

Damit das Ergebnis anschließend praktisch nahtlos erscheint, müssen bestimmte produktionstechnische Parameter berücksichtigt werden. Mögliche Maßtoleranzen sind auszugleichen, und auch die Ausrichtung von Motivrand und Plattenrand gilt es zu beachten und ggf. zu korrigieren.
For a virtually seamless look, certain production parameters need to be taken into account. Potential dimension tolerances need to be compensated for, and the perfect alignment of image and panel edges calls for attention and possibly adjustment.
Solche Korrekturen sind ein wichtiger Schritt im normalen Erstellungsprozess, damit das Ergebnis alle Anforderungen perfekt erfüllt.
