Companies use social media in an effort to attract more customers. The Department of Tourism and Culture (Disparbud) of Pangandaran Regency, is a government agency authorized to manage tourism and culture in the district. The purpose of this study was to describe the social media marketing communication strategy of Instagram Disparbud Pangandaran Regency by combining a descriptive approach with a qualitative approach. Based on the findings of this study, Disparbud Pangandaran Regency carried out a marketing communication strategy consisting of five stages, namely marketing objectives, marketing audiences, message and media design, promotion mix, and evaluation. Through these five stages, it can increase the interest of visits for the marketing communication strategy that has been implemented. However, the increase in tourist interest occurs situationally.

This requires serious attention from the government that must be incorporated into disaster management planning document in West Java. The research problem lies in the writing structure of the document. Qualitative approach with content analysis is used as the method. Documentation and interview studies are performed as the data collection technique. The research's' results show that the contents of disaster management planning documents in West Java has covered zones, strategies, focus, targets, priorities and activities arranged in sequence according to the format determined by the government in integrative manner. Our recommendation is that the disaster management in West Java still requires coordination and cooperation of several related parties.

The purpose of this research was to measured the effect of implementation policy about the Indone... more The purpose of this research was to measured the effect of implementation policy about the Indonesia-Malaysia border area on the effectiveness of regional resilience in Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan. This research was used an explanatory method and used a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques of this research through a questionnaire. Before the questionnaire distributed to a number of respondents, the validity and reliability tests were carried out on the research instrument (questionnaire). The respondents of this study amounted to 125 people. While the data analysis technique used was a simple linear regression analysis technique. This study showed that the average score of respondents' overall responses to the variable implementation of border area policies was 4.31 on a scale of 1-5. This result was indicates that the border area management policy in Nunukan Regency had been implemented properly. Meanwhile, the overall average score of respondents' responses for the Regional Resilience effectiveness variable was 4.57 on a scale of 1-5. Since the average value was closer to the score of 5, it could be concluded that security of the border area in Nunukan Regency was very effective. Thus, the policy implementation of Indonesia-Malaysia border area simultaneously affected the effectiveness of regional resilience in Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan Province by 4,153 with a significance value close to zero. This showed that the better of policy implementation, the more effective regional resilience in the Indonesia-Malaysia border area would be.

The implementation method is in the form of training or technical guidance for 8 days. The material provided is theoretical and practical, according to the direction of the potential of each village that can be developed. The results of this activity run smoothly, are scheduled and can increase the knowledge and skills of the tenants as prospective budding entrepreneurs. Participants are strived to be able to produce products and are given business capital according to the provisions of the Bandung Regency Manpower Office. The conclusion obtained is that tenant development activities through technical guidance on business management are very necessary and continue every year in order to produce more independent workers in Bandung Regency. Abstrak Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah memberi pembinaan dan pendampingan pada masyarakat secara terjadwal selama satu semester di desa-desa dalam lingkungan Kabupaten Bandung Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode pelaksanaan berbentuk pelatihan atau bimbingan teknis selama 8 hari. Materi yang diberikan bersifat teori dan praktik, sesuai arah potensi desa masing-masing yang dapat dikembangkan. Hasil kegiatan ini berjalan lancar, terjadwal dan dapat menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan para tenant sebagai calon wirausaha pemula. Peserta diupayakan sampai dapat menghasilkan produk dan diberi modal usaha sesuai ketentuan pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Bandung. Simpulan yang diperoleh adalah kegiatan pembinaan tenant melalui bimbingan teknis manajemen usaha ini sangat diperlukan dan dilanjutkan setiap tahun agar menghasilkan lebih banyak tenaga kerja mandiri di Kabupaten Bandung.

Several urban areas, with extensive changes and undeveloped land, require the City Green Open Space (CGOS), which can be a 'counterweight' to the diminishing condition of urban ecosystems. Urban green space requirement, seen from the perspective of sustainability, it turns uneven spreading pattern in each area of the city. The effort to increase green space is conducted through the local regulatory policies on the management of urban green space. The policy governs planning, implementation of development, maintenance, supervision and control as well as evaluation with the scope of green open space activities, both public and private. The existence of the policy is expected to provide support on the Urban Spatial Plan (RTRW), optimizing the arrangement of green space according to the characteristics of each region as well as improving the quality of urban environments.

Metode pelaksanaan berbentuk pelatihan atau bimbingan teknis selama 8 hari. Materi yang diberikan bersifat teori dan praktik, sesuai arah potensi desa masing-masing yang dapat dikembangkan. Hasil kegiatan ini berjalan lancar, terjadwal dan dapat menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan para tenant sebagai calon wirausaha pemula. Peserta diupayakan sampai dapat menghasilkan produk dan diberi modal usaha sesuai ketentuan pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Bandung. Simpulan yang diperoleh adalah kegiatan pembinaan tenant melalui bimbingan teknis manajemen usaha ini sangat diperlukan dan dilanjutkan setiap tahun agar menghasilkan lebih banyak tenaga kerja mandiri di Kabupaten Bandung.

This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population is students who take part in the MBKM learning program as many as 84 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling in which all members of the population are sample. The results showed that 36.9% of respondents knew information about MBKM policies through the Unikom online channel/Unikom IP Study Program. The research method we use is a qualitative-phenomenological approach. Urban green space requirement, seen from the perspective of sustainability, it turns uneven spreading pattern in each area of the city. The effort to increase green space is conducted through the local regulatory policies on the management of urban green space. The policy governs planning, implementation of development, maintenance, supervision and control as well as evaluation with the scope of green open space activities, both public and private. The existence of the policy is expected to provide support on the Urban Spatial Plan (RTRW), optimizing the arrangement of green space according to the characteristics of each region as well as improving the quality of urban environments.
