Aimable Ineza

I am the knowledge and grants coordinator at BRAC Rwanda Microfinance Company PLC, based in Kigali - Rwanda. I participate and contribute towards transforming BRAC Rwanda into a learning organization. My work involves creating and sharing knowledge. This involves coordinating activities that promote knowledge sharing for improved clients' experience. I also work with some of the most vulnerable persons in our communities (i.e. the low income earners, unemployed youth and single mothers). Together, we design and implement small-scale socioeconomic livelihood initiatives.

I love creating and sharing knowledge. I plan to develop my skills in advanced research methodologies in sustainable social innovations, academic writing, and publishing.
