Spirituality guides us to understand the purpose of our existence and to rejoice our potential to select actions, beliefs and values that create greater meaning in our lives and one of the significant factors that contribute to healthy, productive and successful work life. Aim: This research aims to examine the effect of Spiritual Intelligence on Attitude towards duty and Job Satisfaction among university Teachers. Methods: Quantitative, Descriptive, Cross-sectional Survey was implied on 200 university teachers selected by convenience sampling method. David B King's Spiritual Intelligence Self Report Inventory 1 was used to assess Spiritual Intelligence. Attitude towards duty and Job Satisfaction was measured by Self-structured Likert scale. Statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS Version 25. Results: The main findings reported Spiritual Intelligence has a positive significant impact on attitude towards duty and Job Satisfaction. Conclusion: This research strongly suggests the importance of spiritual orientation for the employees to enhance their attitude towards their profession as well as their Job Satisfaction level.

The general public is familiar with the physical manifestations of SARS-CoV-2 infection and takes... more The general public is familiar with the physical manifestations of SARS-CoV-2 infection and takes the required precautions to minimize coronavirus exposure and manage COVID-19 symptoms if they develop. The pandemic's effects on mental health, on the other hand, has not been properly explored and grasped. The specific study attempts to accentuate on the epidemiology, clinical characteristics, transmission patterns, and management of the COVID-19 virus. There has been limited number of studies focusing on resultant mental health due to the impact of the virus. Currently, the situation necessitates public knowledge, which can aid in crisis response. This study intends to highlight the very aspect of peoples mental health which has evidently been affected. Along with highlighting the narrative review of prior research on mental health symptoms and treatment associated with COVID-19, this study consolidates existing data on the COVID-19 outbreak and its repercussions on mental health.

Learning disability may vary from person to person and is incurable but can be controlled if diagnosed earlier. Teachers play a vital role in its identification. Aims: Assessing the Knowledge and Attitude of primary school teachers regarding early identification and management of Learning Disability. Study Design: The study design is Descriptive cross sectional design. Place and Duration of Study: selected school at Tapi District, Gujarat, between 2020 – 2021. Methodology: The research was carried out by using Quantitative research approach and on 150 primary school teachers. The non probability sampling technique was used. The tool includes socio demographic variables, Knowledge questionnaire and Attitude scale. Results: No teacher have excellent knowledge i.e 0.00% regarding Learning Disabilty. 59.33% have good knowledge and 40.66% teachers are poor in knowledge regarding Learning Disability. 96.66%...
