Light / Dark toggle

The toggle between light and dark theme works. But I have noticed whilst navigating through my site that it does stop working. To fix the toggle I need to refresh the page. I am using Livewire full page components. Could this be the issue? No changes have been made the the toggle code/css/markup.

Make sure when you implement the template into a framework, you also include the JS
