Bioconda recipe

do you consider building a bioconda recipe for PPR-Meta? This would be very helpful to get the tool running more easily.

Sorry for the late reply. I will consider how to make PPR-Meta more user friendly. However, I am busying in another work so it may take a while for the update. Thank you for your suggestion.

Hi, we have just built a docker (beta version) of PPR-Meta, please refer to the file "PPR-Meta manual (include the docker version, draft).pdf". If there is any question, please contact me.

Hey, having the Docker is nice but I still wonder if there is any hope for a conda package? :) That would be very useful bc/ we support both conda and Docker in a pipeline and currently the conda profile does not work bc/ PPRMeta does not support it.

I second the suggestion/request by hoelzer: an option to install through bioconda would be very useful, particularly for pipeline integration.
