Fullscreen command should be blocked when there is only 1 pane open #46

To reproduce:

Start the app
Toggle full-screen (currently with ctrl-e)
Open another pane - see that things start to get messy (eg. no borders are drawn)

To fix this, the full-screen command should be a no-op when there is only one pane open.
