Result in ICDAR2015

I have seen the results of the CTPN author in http:https://rrc.cvc.uab.es/?ch=4&com=evaluation&view=method_info&task=1&m=13930.
It seems the result is much higher than yours. Can you explain for this?

I try train in ICDAR 2013,2015,2017(filtered only english language) dataset but your worse results on train ICDAR 2015 dataset.
