Make a contact form, or remove from footer

Currently it leads to a 404 page. Many organizations (BlkInData, MiR, ROpenSci ) like to have a form, and with Netlify forms there doesn't have to be a third party.

When I first started blogging, even though folks could email me, I got the nicest messages through my website contact form- it probably felt like a lower activation level for some folks to just say "thanks" and send kind words.
