New config option to disable flights on pets that allow you to fly whilst riding

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the Bat pet (maybe others) allows players to fly whilst riding it. I've had to disable this pet due to this feature, as there is currently no way to disable the flying entirely.

I would like an option to disable flight with the pets that allow it.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've tried setting the Ride-Speed to 0, in an attempt to disable all movement, however you are still able to ascend whilst riding.
