I have no plans for a last.fm integration, sorry! :/ I'd like to focus on spotify features first!

Adding Spotify Connect support #55 will also solve the issue of Last.fm scrobbling. spotifyd, a librespot implementation as a UNIX daemon, already provides Spotify Connect integration (in fact, it's the only way to control playback through it). Last.fm works with it out of the box, meaning that the scrobbler gets its information from Spotify Connect. I hope this fact will prioritise adding Spotify Connect.

A good alternative in the meantime could be to use rescrobbled, see #97

Yeah, it would only work if Spotify Connect is present. I'll look into rescrobbled and see how it works, thanks.

Rescrobbled works very well, thanks! Do consider putting information about rescrobbled in the README, it's a make-or-break feature for many users, including myself.
