Describe the bug
Spot does not use up the dark theme used by the budgie desktop environment.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. sudo snap install spot
  2. spot
  3. Spot starts with a white theme

Expected behavior
I expect spot to show a dark theme.

General information:

  • Distribution: Ubuntu Budgie 21.10
  • Installation method [e. g. built from source, installed from Flathub...]: snap
  • Version [e.g. 0.1.0]: 0.1.15
  • Device used [e. g. desktop, phone...]: Raspberry Pi 400

Additional context
Add any other context about the problem here.

I'll let snap experts chime in, otherwise it might be worth digging into closed issues -- there have been numerous reports in the past about themes and sometimes snaps. I'll have a look myself later!

Snaps needs a similarly named snap to be installed. For example if you are using Pocillo then you need to install the gtk-theme-pocillo snap - then connect spot to the theme using instructions similar to https://snapcraft.io/gtk-theme-pocillo.

I suspected it would be similar but I forgot about this issue and forgot to check... thanks a lot!! Might add a note on this in the readme :)
