For a semi-transparent red. Maybe add support for this in vue-color?

I too would like to see Hex, 8-digit (RGBA) Hex implemented. tinycolor2 supports it. https://www.npmjs.com/package/tinycolor2

Chrome.vue and Sketch.vue support 8-Digit Hex Codes in v2.6.0.
