Component scan in a sample application works by a side-effect

Both sample RESTful API and PowerAuth RESTful Security module use "io.getlime.rest" package.

As a result, component scan in a demo app just work while an actual implementations need to specify a component scan. It should be either fixed in code (figure out a way to scan components) or a documentation should be updated.
