Extend CrxdeLogsTest to cover WebTail #45

Refactor CrxdeLogsTest.doTest() so that it performs the "logsAvailable" check for two paths:

/bin/crxde/logs?tail=100,
/system/console/slinglog/tailer.txt?tail=600&name=/logs/error.log.
