Hi guys,

We're a great fan of the MB Settings Page extension and use it a lot. More recently though we have come across an issue where more than one user can be editing the site settings simultaneously and end up overwriting each other's changes.

It would be great if we could prevent a user from editing the settings if another user was already doing so, similar to the Post locking feature of WP. Possibly hook into the Heartbeat API??

What do you think?

Cheers,

Will

Hi Will,

Thanks a lot for your support over years!

I like this idea and let me see if we can work with Heartbeat API. It's kind of low-level API and I'm not sure if we can get over it.

No worries :-)

I look forward to seeing what you come up with.

Cheers,
