Does not automatically skip to minutes

Hi.

On a phone, the imput does not skip to minutes when entereing a time, as it does on a desktop.
i.e on a computer when you enter a time .ie it 22:30 . It jumps past the ":" automaticly , but on a phone its stuck on hours.
the imput would be .ie . 2230:00

How does one fix this ?

Can't reproduce this on Chrome on Android. Any more details you could share?
