Add docs for building non-HTML pages PR #2586

The feature is currently hidden behind the --experimental-static-build flag, but has some very powerful use cases for building generic files (ex: JSON or XML), and a couple useful caveats like the Astro global isn't available

Hi @tony-sull - This is what we have right now: https://docs.astro.build/en/core-concepts/astro-pages/#non-html-pages

How relevant/up-to-date/complete is this? Should this issue be kept open?

I'm going to make an executive decision @tony-sull and close this since we do now have something in Docs about this! If it's insufficient, I'm sure the masses will let us know.... ;) We can always make/accept PRs to improve it!
