Describe the Bug

@astrojs/image or @astrojs/webapi have magic-string as a dependency, but since the version of magic-string used by these packages is ^0.25.9, the following warning is displayed.

WARN deprecated [email protected]: Please use @jridgewell/sourcemap-codec instead

This is not a bug, but it is a bad experience to get warned every time trying to add a package.
This is a problem that can be solved by simply bumping the version of magic-string to 0.27.0 (latest).
