    Bison (3.0.2) uses the "api.token.prefix" value instead of YY as a prefix for the location and lvalue types (LTYPE and STYPE).

        This patch adds an option, boost-bridge-prefix to allow flex's boost-bridge option to use the correct type names.  (diffed against git rev c61f2487a2433776ee6c1300e3017831d85914c0)
