Multipart incoming SMSes are not concatenated is back, v2 !

I downloaded and built git version from 09 March, 2020.
It worked correctly with SMS PDU, in particular with, 3 sms were concatenated correctly to 1 long sms with one sender and one time.
Unfrotunatelly, there is an error with single either outgoing or incoming sms (with non Latin letters) .
I wrote about it at
#75 and at #40.

But with git version from 24 December, 2020 such funtionality become nonworking as for multi as for single incoming sms !
There are 3 separate sms each with sender, the same, but not single sms as woth time.

Please correct it - as for multi sms as for single in non Latin letters..
