insertImage with URL not showing image #260

I've been tried insertImage with local image, the image is showing. But when I tried with URL the image not showing.
even I tried to set the webview settings (javascriptenabled, loadimagesautomaticaly, etc) still not working.
What should I do?

sorry for my mistake, I forgot to add "cleartexttraffic" on manifest.
