ColorPicker Triangle not working inside ScrollView #63

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Put the colorpicker inside a scrollview
Try to select color from the traingle
Now observe the behavior
See it is not smooth and having difficulty setting a color

Expected behavior
Scroll view "OnScrolled" event should be disabled

OS: iOS, Adnroid
