Task (what are you trying to do/register?)

I am trying to use the vxm to register two 3D US volumes with annotated landmarks to calculate the TRE after registration.

What have you tried

I found that the functions point_spatial_transformer seems to be used to solve the problem. Is there a pytorch version to achieve this?
