I try to train my own Voxelmorph model to align 3D images to mni152

"Excuse me, I have a question. If I want to train a VoxelMorph model to align all 3D brain images to the MNI space, should I add --atlas MNI152_T1_1mm_brain.nii.gz during training? For preprocessing, I resampled the MNI152 image to (192, 224, 192), used ANTs to affine all images to MNI152, and scaled the voxel values to 0-1. I started training with default settings, but it seems to be overfitting by the second epoch (the patterns in the brain images are disappearing). Could you tell me if I'm doing something wrong?"
