Option "use most recent" is not available for segmentation filters

Actual: The option to "use the most recent year" so that the chart automatically updates with the most recent year data is not available for Maps and Scatterplots.

Expected: The option "use most recent year" should be available for all chart types. It should also be available in the segmentation filter
