Hi,
I am interested in running PERMANOVA on continuous variables.
I would like to know if I can find the formula used to calculate the statistic.
Is there a specific formula I can refer to, similar to the F-statistic calculation in ANOVA?
Alternatively, I would appreciate another comprehensive explanation that delves into the details of the underlying linear regression being carried out.
