Invalid JSON structure

Hi all

I am getting the following error on the PRTG sensor:
XML: The returned XML does not match the expected schema. (code: PE233) -- JSON: The returned JSON does not match the expected structure (Invalid JSON.). (code: PE231)

As far as I can tell all the parameters and credentials are set up correctly, so I am not 100% sure what the problem is.
Any advice would be appreciated.
