你这个提问方式,网上能找到还见鬼了= =v2ray就没有统一的url标准,所有的vmess:https://都是由gui生成的,目前似乎没有人开发linux的gui(谁linux用这个还折腾gui。。),当然没法解析= =

意思linux v2ray就只能用自己vps的明文连接 不能使用别人生成的vmess吗

2018-09-18更新:
做了个在线编码、解码vmess小工具,给没人权的linux用户试用。
只支持V2RayN的ver 2分享链接格式。

原回复:
比较简单的办法是装个虚拟机或者手机装个app,
然后用相应客户端导入vmess:https://再导出config.json。

如果想手动,你需要先了解下面几个链接:
v2rayN 分享链接格式说明(ver 1)
v2rayN 分享链接格式说明(ver 2)
Kitsunebi 生成服务器配置 URI、二维码 URL 的格式是什么?

base64/url解码后还要补充缺失的默认配置
不同客户端的默认配置也是不同的
所以还是装个虚拟机或者app比较简单

多说一句,统一vmess:https://标准问题已经被标为unplanned

如果想好听的话,就是:
vmess:等url格式是属于第三方工具支持的技术,官方支持早就结案鸽了。
建议就是找对应第三方工具查怎样还原数据,或者使用对应第三方工具导入来获得。
简而言之,RTFM。
