The min_interval field has been removed from the buffer in Frepple community edition. This field was used to combine demmand within a specified time frame. See: https://groups.google.com/u/2/g/frepple-users/c/icaghSPU7Ps/m/O8JBw7uSAQAJ (nothing found in release notes or issue tracker).

The field is still present in the database and UI, but does not influence the solver. See the above link for possible alternatives.
