Configure error even if liblastlog2 is not selected #2869

Build for Homebrew on Linux, we configure with ./configure --disable-dependency-tracking --disable-silent-rules --prefix=/home/linuxbrew/.linuxbrew/Cellar/gnu-getopt/2.40 but get the following error:

  checking for sqlite3... no
  configure: error: liblastlog2 selected, but required sqlite3 library not available

Note that we have not selected liblastlog2, so the error is incorrect.

You need --disable-liblastlog2 as the liblastlo2 is enabled by default.
