Limit option for simple user

Hi,

I love unlayer and it is a fabulous tool. I am currently trying to simplify the options for standard blocks/contents. Is there a way to do this? For example, user can only select Arial font family, lock padding option, etc. The reason behind is that I don't want user to mess up the template. All they have to do is replace image and text with their content.
