Image upload limit when uploading to custom s3 bucket is limited to 1MB #191

Hi Team,
Recently I have tried to upload an image of size 5MB and it was giving error.

Earlier (4-5 months back) I was able to upload an image of size 10 MB also.

Why should the size limit matter when I upload the images to our own server. (S3 bucket).
From Client side the API call is not even triggered.

Can someone explain why I'm facing this issue?
