reflog Action output is unreadable

Describe and demonstrate the bug

Loose code is being (has been?) deprecated and projects are the future, but the reflog output is basically illegible when you work with projects.

See the example below.

1. It shows delete.term .__projects._c590c606_6b3d_4b42_abe6_ef645bbef69... instead of using a proper project name.
2. Why does it cut off with ... when it isn't even taking up half of my terminal width yet?

Additional context

I think that I've heard some talk of project-scoped reflogs. Maybe that's the proper answer. But if that's a ways out then we should probably clean up this output a bit.
