Description

In the current CDEPS tests, the B-grid is used for CICE6 dynamics. Recent development in CICE6 adds the option to use C-grid for CICE6 dynamics. A new CDEPS test will be added to UFS to use C-grid for CICE6.

Solution

Add a CDEPS test using C-grid for CICE6.
