Made the following changes to address Issue #69:

1. Edited "data-clinic-for-fellows.qmd" to:

• change arrow colours in flowchart
• changed listboxes to blockquotes (fixes issue of text in listboxes requiring scrolling. I was unable to find a way to wrap text inside a listbox)
• edited some of the literary content of the document

2. Changed the location of "data-clinic-for-fellows.qmd" to a new section of the Tutorials tab called "Data Clinic".

• Also edited the _quarto.yml file to reflect this new section of Tutorials tab
