I am not sure what, I have never had this behaviour, but I recommend that you check the projection and transformation information of the input files. |

I am using '+' on two images similar to addThem example, the output result is inverted on the Y axis. I perform the same merge with ArcMap the image is not inverted.
What is the best method to np.flipud or equivalent?
