Poll - Application Directory with Strategy configuration files in YAML

Hello All!

I wanted to do a Poll on how many of you would be interested in the package creating an application directory and storing a YAML configuration file as well as storing Strategies in YAML as well. The application directory would reside in the user's home directory; likely ~/pandas_ta/ or ~/pandas-ta/. There will be a main config file in YAML format that Pandas TA will load with the ability to save separate Strategies in their own YAML file.

If you would like to see this feature added to Pandas TA, please vote using 👍🏼 or 👎🏼 . Any further comments or suggestions would be welcome.
