現在CALキットは理想的である前提での実装。(<300MHz以下だったから)
周波数範囲が上がったので、理想ではないCAL Kitのモデルを適用できるようにしたい。
オープンのC0-C3
ほか全てのZr, delay
定義を画面でさせるのはツライので、コマンドラインからのみサポート

現在はIDEALとしての実装。ただし、Esの計算にのみ、c0=50fF の固定値で計算している。
