bcr、健全なTSG Slackライフには重要な役割を果たしています[要出典]が、たまにポストが話の邪魔になることがあります（例：部長っちに伝えたいことがある時）。
今はたぶんTSGのすごい人ならbcr（というか任意の投稿）を消せると思うんですが、bcrを誰でも消せるようにするのはそれなりに需要がある気がします。

投稿がbcr由来かどうかを判定するのがちと非自明そう
メール通知とかを :keshite: されると困るため、任意のtsgbot投稿を消去可能にするのは問題があって
