If at the end of typing a command in the prompt I decide I don't want to execute it, I have to backspace the entire thing away. Given how many spaces multiple commands have, <Alt>-<Backspace> won't make it that much faster either. In the normal command prompt I can just exit it with <Ctrl>-c, but in pipe-viewer this exits it completely.
Any idea if there's a way to do this I'm missing?
