I hope to implement the functionality of generating multi-level headings and a table of contents based on the code of minidocx.cpp, but I'm not sure where to start;
Also, are the contents such as DOCUMENT_XML in the macro definition fixed, or do they need to be changed according to the document?
Thanks!

Hmmm. I'm happy to improve the library to support more features, but I might be tied up this year.

The format for office documents is specified in ECMA-376. You can read it to get all the information you need.
