Code for my bachelor thesis Quantum chaos on Graphs. The main part of this repository is its root-finding solution. Then, the Nearest Neighbor Distribution is performed for the quantum spectra and also for the spectra of some random matrices.
An R package for simulating random matrices and ensembles as well as computing and analyzing their eigenvalue spectra and dispersions.
This research work is about Limited Data Acquisition for the real life physical experiment of fluid flow across cylinder based on Kernelized Extended Dynamic Mode Decomposition by incorporating Gaussian Random Matrix Theory and Laplacian Kernel Function Hilbert space.
R package associated with paper "Component response rate variation underlies the stability of highly complex finite systems" (Duthie, AB. 2020. Sci. Rep. 10:8296, https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-020-64401-w). This repository contains all manuscript text and supplemental information, and all code for recreating analyses.
