Change fade in on the website

I get you think it's "aesthetic" but it takes too long making text in the middle of the screen blurry

It should also not fade away again when you scroll up

@ForsakenHarmony Thanks for feedback! The purpose was to focus users on content a little bit more. I may reconsider the animations.
