- Adding xcconfig section for swift to add -DDEBUG swift flag. - Incremented podspec version for release.

The Objective-C TraceLog core is not getting references on Swift only imports and this PR fixes that. It also removes the requirement to add the -DDEBUG to OTHER_SWIFT_FLAGS.
