Hi. Since the launch of ar+ feature in Pokemon Go, I realized that my phone, Redmi Note 5, are not supported by Arcore. And, nowadays, still not supported. My question is simple: Why are not supported when there a lot of phones that have support and have the same specs, or lower, than mine? Why since months are only 4-5 devices supported, and phones like Redmi Note 5, Mi8 lite, Mi A2 family, the newest Redmi Note 7 or Mi9/Mi9Se are not supported? This questions make me think something is happening between Google and Xiaomi, and I don't know who are the guilty, but there are NO information about. Any developer knows what happens?

Hi, i think it's because because some librarys are missing. Me too I've a Xiaomi redmi note 5 and i can't play Pokemon Go with Ar+. If you want to have the missing librarys you need to root your phone

Is there a way to add support without rooting phone? Maybe patching apk to include missing libs?
