Music top bar pre-allocation not working

Steps to reproduce

1. Set the Max line in Music top bar to 3 or more
2. Turn on the Pre-allocate the space...

Expected behavior

The top bar expands according to the max lines setting

Nothing happens

If you create a custom bar, you should be able to set the bar height/width to whatever you want
