Design one separate page, maintaining the theme of the org. containing one code-editor and a online compiler.

You can take use of iframes !!

Should it be like an ide which compiles and runs multiple languages just like CodeChef? or should it be like an in-build web dev code editor which executes the HTML, CSS and other such files?
